1. About these Terms
These Terms of Use set out the conditions for using the United Arab Emirates edition of Unum at https://unum.com.br/ae/ (the “Website”). The Website is owned and operated by ETUS DIGITAL LLC (“Unum”, “we” or “us”), a limited liability company registered with the Florida Division of Corporations, United States, under Document No. L19000150138, with its address at 601 Brickell Key Drive, Suite 901, Miami, FL 33131, United States, and email contact@unum.com.br. Please read these Terms before using the Website.
2. What Unum is
Unum is an independent editorial website that publishes reviews, comparisons, guides and news about credit cards, loans and personal finance.
- Unum is not a bank, finance company or card issuer.
- Unum does not lend money, does not offer financial products, does not receive or process applications, does not take out credit on your behalf, does not assess anyone’s creditworthiness and plays no part in approving any product. Those decisions are made solely by each provider.
- Our content is general information only. It is not a personal recommendation or financial, legal or tax advice.
- The Website is free to use. Unum will never ask you for payments, transfers, fees or bank details.
3. Accuracy of information
We work to keep information accurate and up to date. However, profit and interest rates, annual percentage rates (APR), fees and terms, as well as offers and eligibility criteria, are set by each provider and may change without notice, so the information on the Website may not always match the provider’s. Before you apply, check the current terms on the provider’s official website and read the key facts statement and other information the provider gives you.
4. Links to third-party websites
When you click on a product, you leave the Website and go to the provider’s official website, where you can apply directly if you wish. Unum does not control those websites and is not responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices.
5. Advertising
The Website is funded exclusively by advertising from third-party networks, including Google. Advertisers do not decide our content. Unum does not receive compensation from banks or financial institutions for its reviews. Advertising does not determine our editorial ratings or the order in which we present products.
6. Using the Website
You agree to use the Website lawfully and, in particular, not to:
- Use it for unlawful or fraudulent purposes or in a way that infringes the rights of others.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to its systems, disrupt its operation or introduce malicious code.
- Extract its content in bulk using automated tools without our written permission.
7. Intellectual property
The text, graphics, logos, design and software of the Website belong to ETUS DIGITAL LLC or its licensors. You may view them for personal, non-commercial use. Any reproduction, distribution or modification requires our written permission, except where the law allows it.
Trademarks and logos of banks and other providers shown on the Website belong to their owners and are used only to identify the products reviewed. Their presence does not imply any relationship with, sponsorship by or endorsement from those providers.
8. Liability
Our content is general information and not a personal recommendation, so the decision to apply for a product is yours and is made with the provider. We are not responsible for providers’ products, decisions or websites, or for interruptions to the Website caused by technical problems or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the laws of the United Arab Emirates, or any rights you have under those laws.

10. Changes
We may change these Terms. Before a significant change takes effect, we will publish a notice on this page with the date the new version applies from. The current version is always the one published on this page, with its date. If you do not agree with the new Terms, you can stop using the Website.

2. ما هو Unum
Unum موقع تحريري مستقل ينشر مراجعات ومقارنات وأدلة وأخبارًا عن بطاقات الائتمان والقروض والتمويل الشخصي.
- Unum ليس بنكًا ولا شركة تمويل ولا جهة مُصدِرة للبطاقات.
- لا يُقرض Unum المال، ولا يقدّم منتجات مالية، ولا يستلم الطلبات ولا يعالجها، ولا يتعاقد على أي تمويل نيابةً عنك، ولا يقيّم الجدارة الائتمانية لأي شخص، ولا دور له في الموافقة على أي منتج. وتنفرد كل جهة مقدِّمة للمنتج باتخاذ هذه القرارات.
- محتوانا معلومات عامة فقط، ولا يُعدّ توصية شخصية ولا استشارة مالية أو قانونية أو ضريبية.
- استخدام الموقع مجاني، ولن يطلب منك Unum أبدًا أي مدفوعات أو تحويلات أو رسوم أو بيانات مصرفية.
3. دقة المعلومات
نحرص على أن تكون المعلومات دقيقة ومحدّثة. غير أن معدلات الربح والفائدة ومعدل النسبة السنوي (APR) والرسوم والشروط، وكذلك العروض ومعايير الأهلية، تحددها كل جهة مقدِّمة للمنتج وقد تتغير دون إشعار، ولذلك قد لا تتطابق المعلومات الواردة في الموقع دائمًا مع معلومات تلك الجهة. وقبل التقديم، تحقّق من الشروط السارية على الموقع الرسمي للجهة المقدِّمة للمنتج، واقرأ بيان الحقائق الأساسية وغيره من المعلومات التي تقدّمها لك.
4. روابط مواقع الجهات الخارجية
عند نقرك على أحد المنتجات، تغادر الموقع وتنتقل إلى الموقع الرسمي للجهة المقدِّمة له، حيث يمكنك التقديم مباشرةً إن رغبت في ذلك. ولا يتحكم Unum في تلك المواقع، ولا يتحمل مسؤولية محتواها أو شروطها أو ممارساتها المتعلقة بالخصوصية.
5. الإعلانات
يُموَّل الموقع حصريًا من الإعلانات التي تعرضها شبكات إعلانية تابعة لجهات خارجية، منها Google. ولا يحدّد المعلنون محتوانا. ولا يتلقى Unum أي مقابل من البنوك أو الجهات المالية نظير مراجعاته. ولا تحدّد الإعلانات تقييماتنا التحريرية ولا ترتيب عرض المنتجات.
6. استخدام الموقع
تلتزم باستخدام الموقع على نحو مشروع، وبوجه خاص بعدم:
- استخدامه لأغراض غير مشروعة أو احتيالية أو بما يمسّ حقوق الآخرين.
- محاولة الوصول غير المصرّح به إلى أنظمته، أو تعطيل عمله، أو إدخال برمجيات خبيثة إليه.
- استخراج محتواه بكميات كبيرة باستخدام أدوات آلية دون إذن كتابي منا.
7. الملكية الفكرية
النصوص والرسومات والشعارات والتصميم والبرمجيات الخاصة بالموقع مملوكة لشركة ETUS DIGITAL LLC أو للجهات المرخِّصة لها. ويجوز لك الاطلاع عليها للاستخدام الشخصي غير التجاري. ويتطلب أي نسخ أو توزيع أو تعديل إذنًا كتابيًا منا، إلا في الحالات التي يجيزها القانون.
العلامات التجارية والشعارات الخاصة بالبنوك وغيرها من الجهات المقدِّمة للمنتجات والتي تظهر على الموقع مملوكة لأصحابها، ولا تُستخدم إلا لتعريف المنتجات التي نراجعها. ولا يعني ظهورها وجود أي علاقة مع تلك الجهات أو رعاية منها أو تأييد من جانبها.
8. المسؤولية
محتوانا معلومات عامة وليس توصية شخصية، ولذلك فإن قرار التقديم على أي منتج يعود إليك ويتم مع الجهة المقدِّمة له. ولا نتحمل المسؤولية عن منتجات الجهات المقدِّمة أو قراراتها أو مواقعها، ولا عن انقطاع الموقع بسبب مشكلات تقنية أو أحداث خارجة عن سيطرتنا المعقولة. وليس في هذه الشروط ما يستبعد أو يحدّ من أي مسؤولية لا يجوز استبعادها أو الحدّ منها بموجب قوانين دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة، أو من أي حقوق مقررة لك بموجب تلك القوانين.

10. التعديلات
يجوز لنا تعديل هذه الشروط. وقبل سريان أي تعديل جوهري، سننشر إشعارًا على هذه الصفحة يتضمن تاريخ سريان النسخة الجديدة. والنسخة السارية هي دائمًا المنشورة على هذه الصفحة مع تاريخها. وإذا لم توافق على الشروط الجديدة، يمكنك التوقف عن استخدام الموقع.
