7. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

7.1. These Terms and the Privacy Policy shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, including the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA) and other applicable consumer protection and electronic communications legislation.

7.2. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of South Africa.
