For an investment purchase, finance is capped at 80% of the property’s value, subject to assessment. You must fund the rest and transaction costs.
What you pay beyond the price of your home
Your interest rate is variable and based on your profile, so repayments can rise. Buying also brings conveyancing fees based on property value and government transfer duty where applicable.
