What happens if I don’t use my lounge voucher within 48 hours?
It expires in 48 hours; your visit returns to your balance. Your voucher name must match your boarding pass.
Can additional cardholders use my app to get their lounge vouchers?
No. They generate their own QR voucher in their own Absa Banking App. They must qualify and have available visits to do so.
What happens if I close or change my Ultimate account?
Gold’s preferential pricing ends if you close or change Ultimate. You must retain the linked account.
Will I pay for regular delivery of my Gold card?
Regular branch or courier delivery is free. Urgent and overseas delivery costs vary by country and place.
