How are my eight included Bidvest lounge visits divided each year?
At SA airports, share four domestic and four international departure visits with additional cardholders. International flights must leave SA.
Can I carry unused lounge visits forward or give them to guests?
No. Visits are allocated per calendar year, and unused visits expire. You cannot transfer your included visits to guests or children.
Which other payments earn no rewards and incur interest?
ATM account payments, beneficiary payments, CashSend, prepaid and Lotto earn no rewards and incur interest from the transaction date.
Can I add another card, and what are the setup costs?
The initiation fee is R199; each additional card costs R30 monthly. Both include VAT. Face-to-face delivery has no fee.
